Boa Constuctor 0.2.3 can be downloaded from SourceForge
here.
Before this can work, you'll need to have successfully installed
wxPython 2.4.0.7 or higher and
Python 2.1 or higher.
If you want wxPython/Python help integrated with Boa, you'll also need to
download it from the SourceForge files page.
Boa cannot use the .chm files included with the wxPython windows installer.
